Returns Policy

Heroic1 produce the high quality products. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 7 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned "100% New" in a sale able condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.All returns that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected by Heroic1.

Exchanges

We want to ensure you are happy with the product and size you’ve bought. If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please Email to info@heroic1.cc. We can only exchange your product for the same product in a different size or color. If you would like to exchange for a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and then place a new order.

Defective Products
